Identity Deactivation (Leaver)

Memority offers 2 ways to deactivate an identity:

• By modifying the end date of the identity, the identity will be deactivated when the end date is reached

• Or directly, for example by clicking on a button in the identity form to deactivate it immediately.

After the deactivation has been performed, automatic actions can be implemented such as the removal of manually given roles or any other business actions that may be necessary.

As shown in the screenshot below, it is possible to limit the actions administrators can perform. e.g. administrators may be allowed to reactivate an identity, but not allowed to edit a deactivate identity.
