Role Publication Type
Definition
A Role Publication Type is used to define different Publications.
A Publication is directly linked to Roles, Identities and Security Organization.
It allows to define:
who has the right to make the request for assignment (addition, modification, deletion).
which Role can be assigned for which Beneficiary.
what is the workflow triggered during the assignment request.
Once the Publications are published on Roles, the actual Publication will be the first Publication found by going up the Security Organization tree, starting from the Beneficiary of the Role.
It allows you to either:
authorize the request for a Role on an Organization
prohibit the request for a Role on an Organization
